The Dragon Fruit Smoothie
This smoothie is one of my favorites, it consists of dragon fruit, bananas, vanilla yogurt, honey and much more, it is healthy, sweet and a true enlightment!
Benefits of Dragon Fruit
Dragon fruit has many health benefits. It is a good source of antioxidants, which can help protect the body from damage caused by free radicals. It is also a good source of vitamin C, which can help boost the immune system. Dragon fruit is also high in fiber, which can help keep the digestive system functioning properly.
Dragon fruit is also low in calories, making it a good choice for people who are trying to lose weight. The sweet and tangy flavor of dragon fruit makes it a great snack choice for people who are trying to cut down on sugary snacks.
Dragon fruit is available in many grocery stores and can be found in the produce section. It is typically sold in whole fruit form, but it can also be found in smoothie form at most smoothie bars.
The ingredients are as followed:
- 1 cup diced dragon fruit
- 1 banana
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
This coconut shake is a really really tasty smoothie, if you love coconut you will be obsessed with this smoothie, I made it this summer at least 10 times and I can’t get enough of it. And the best about this? This shake is made with only five ingredients, and it’s vegan and gluten-free.
The Benefits of Coconut
The health benefits of coconut are vast and well documented. Coconut is a natural source of electrolytes, and a great way to replenish lost electrolytes after a strenuous workout. Coconut water is a natural isotonic beverage, which means it has the same salt concentration as human blood. This makes it an excellent drink for rehydrating the body.
- 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1/2 banana
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of honey (or other sweetener)
Simply blend all the ingredients together till the consistency is smooth but thick, and enjoy a cool and tasty shake for the summer!
Banana Peach Smoothie
God I love bananas, and peaches! If you are on the same page as me you’ll love it too, its so simple and healthy and it always tastes good and that in just 3 easy steps.
- 1 banana
- 1 peach

This one is a guilty pleasure of mine and its quite different than the others, less sweet but still tasty and very very healthy. Its also very easy to make!
The Benefits of Celery Juice
Celery juice is a rich source of antioxidants, including vitamin C, which scavenges harmful toxins and helps protect cells from damage. Celery juice is also a good source of potassium, which helps regulate blood pressure and heart function. Additionally, celery juice is a natural diuretic, meaning it helps the body rid itself of excess fluid. This can be beneficial for people with high blood pressure or edema. Finally, celery juice is a low-calorie drink, making it a good option for people looking to lose weight or maintain their current weight.
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
As simple as always, add them all into the mixer and lets go!
