Easy Banana Bread Recipe

This easy banana bread recipe will show you how tasty it is.

  • 3 ripe Bananas
  • 80 ml Sunflower Oil
  • 110 grams Brown sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 grams wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees on the top and bottom heat (convection: 160 degrees). The loaf pan (internal dimensions 23 x 10 cm) should be well greased. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.

  2. With the back of a knife, score the length of the vanilla pod and scrape it out. Combine the oil, brown sugar, and eggs in a mixing bowl. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla pod with the oil and egg mixture in a large mixing bowl. Add the banana puree and mix well. Pour the batter into the mold and bake for 55 minutes in a preheated oven. The banana bread yields roughly ten servings.
