Tomatoe Soup Recipe

Tomatoes are a fruit that come from the meaty tomato plant. They have a high water content and have a long growing season. Tomatoes are used in many dishes for their sweet, juicy taste. Thats why tomatoe soup is so good – easy to make recipe!

  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 ½ cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • thyme
  • 1 teaspoons tomatoe paste
  • parsley
  1. Place the tomatoes in a large mixing basin and score them crosswise on the underside. Boiling or hot water should be poured over them. After 10 minutes, remove the skin and green button from the top of the tomato and chop it into little pieces.

  2. The onions should now be diced, and the garlic should be pressed. Fry both in olive oil and add the tomato pieces after about 3 minutes. After a few minutes, add the vegetable stock and seasonings (excluding the parsley) and cook for 20 minutes on low heat. With a hand blender, finely purée the soup after adding the tomato paste. Season to taste with the spices and a sprig of fresh parsley before serving.
